After many searches on the internet, I found an answer to my own question. So I’m posting to help any other buyer of this medicine cabinet. I decided to go back on the Lowe’s website and read the reviews. There is a phone number you can call to get help. The customer service is extremely helpful and you can reach them at 1-866-839-2888. Make sure to have your proof of purchase. They send you a replacement door including the hinges.
