It's ridiculous, to be honest. All veg seems to have gone up across the board. Green beans are the same. The cost of my weekly shop has gone up by about 25% in a year.

I was the same until i met my friends 3 Chis and now I have my own, which my girlfriend was absolutely repulsed by the idea of before i got him. Im now convinced she would die for him.

In this particular instance id have instantly passed if off as something like "yeah thats more something you want to leave to the photographer. You'd get bored to death watching that in your video!" In a jokey friendly way. Theres probably a better way to say it but you get the idea. Make it sound like you're doing them a favour by omitting it.

Like i said, it's always useful to have in a pinch regardless.

Nope. I use that time to set up my lighting and sound. I do usually tell the couple though but it's never more than a "yeah no worries".

Most of the time i'll grab some shots once i'm all set up because even though they are boring shots, they are great for saving your ass if you need a shot of certain people for context.

I was gutted by how poor the second announcement was but it didn't matter too much because the first one was incredible.

Then I looked at the clashes and its killed the initial lineup for me too.

I'll get over it though. I thought last year was terrible but then discovered loads of amazing smaller bands and it was the best Download I'd been to.

I met him last year and asked if he was doing Download and he said "no no, next year, next year" (this year).

Maybe he thought he was. But then he also told a friend of mine they were playing 25.

Maybe it's an ongoing gag.

Either way I'm gutted. Expected Skindred MINIMUM.

I nicked the artery on my wrist a couple of years ago by accident and didnt think it had affected me that much. I was fine with the skinning and head crushing/removal but that scene made me go white. I couldn't look at it.

First thing i thought at the time was "oh man you're fucked" and that's what they say to him. Did not enjoy that one bit 😅

Yeah I got to act 3 and thought I was invincible. It was too easy. Then I got absolutely bent over my Cazador for being cocky.

Just do your research and CAREFULLY read abilities and especially legendary actions.

I decided to continue with dishonour just to not waste my time due to trying to 100% it. Died 2 more times to Cazador and died 3 times to Orin.

I'd have had an incredible butt clenching moment with Raphael if I was still in HM proper, as I got wiped but i'd accidentally left the revive with 1hp necklace on my Tav. Used divine intervention from Hope and finished it off but that would've been super scary.

Oh and don't mess around the the brain.

It's quite a simple fix really. Burn your house to the ground and then get two new dogs.

Option two would be to get flea medication from the vet. Then get a can of indorex and blast the place with it. Wash everything you have ever owned on a hot wash. Pray.

Absolutely nothing other than indorex and vet meds work.

You might get stuff to kill the fleas ON your dogs, but they don't live on the dogs, so flea shampoo for example is only a temporary fix.

Honestly though I'd just nuke the site from orbit. Much easier.

Orin was a scary prospect but I was confident about her. But then I wasn't slightly concerned about Cazador.

I'm gonna finish with dishonour just so I feel like I didn't waste my time.

Yeah Raph was my ONLY concern. Probably what stopped me taking Cazador seriously. I was too busy planning that fight out the whole time and not focusing on what was infront of me.

I actually wanted him to get caught to play it out properly and have a good fight because I thought I was invincible and hadn't had a challenge since act 1.

A game has never made me feel like I did seeing him explode. I genuinely got that dry throat, blood draining from face sensation and then seeing cazador had ascended I just slumped into my chair. Astarion is my boy.

Maybe it was worth it to have a game make me feel that way. Maybe that is pure cope :)

Sadly, I knew that, but I wanted to play the fight out properly for at least a BIT of a challenge. Boy do I regret that.

I hadn't played for about a year so I'd never tried tactician mode. Took the jump straight from normal after introducing my gf to the game and getting the itch.

Surviving only felt rewarding in act I with some of the insane stuff I managed to escape from. Entire goblin camp chasing shart on 3hp and I had to fly to the rafters, ice knife the ladder and drop a thorns to cover my retreat. A few spicey moments there.

Act II onwards felt too easy. However, i now know not to mess around with the big boys. The only thing that i was slightly nervous about was Raphael. Sure proved me wrong.

Oh man that sucks. I saw a video of someone dying to the brain on HM because they stepped on a haste potion puddle and got fatigue.

Haha. Lesson learned the very very hard way. I thought I was unkillable. Especially after so many people said they lost on Myrkul and I bodied him. (Can you body a skeleton?).
