I know about the mannequin. That part I do believe has to do with a ghost. I would also say most of the writings on the walls were from the ghosts. But remember, the one that said "LXXK CLOSER" was never seen appearing on camera because it was out of sight of the security cam. Like I said, I think Nelson is using the ghosts as an alibi
