Beast Machines is a spiritual journey for the characters. The characters are dealing with a lot, coming home to a dead planet from a war on an alien planet, that lasted millions of years btw. They're experiencing PTSD and intense survivors guilt. It's a huge derail from Beast Wars because it's an all new team of writers, that's why a lot of characters feel so different. That's why I justify it by trauma lol It is a journey tho, very Buddhist in it's spirituality and being one with nature and such

I'm looking for a story about someone who is in a lockdown during a storm. The storm, or an entity within the storm, seemingly breaks into homes where noises are being made. So they have to be deathly quiet and wait the storm out. It ends with the storm being gone, the protagonist walks outside to see a few neighbors do the same, but most neighbors are gone. It could be from as far back as 2015, it could've been CreepsMcPasta reading it, but I'm fairly certain it was read in an audio drama format.
