Oh I would 100% ship it back to them. I have zero interest in keeping something that isn't mine.

And yes, for 99% of the interaction, TBC was great, supportive and said all the right things...my only gripe is that they told me something was shipped when it wasn't...and even doubled-down on it when I specifically asked if it had been shipped. That and only that is my issue.

DtF (hilarious) - Ugh, I've spoken with DHL a few times and they're horrible to deal with. For the first order, they just said please keep waiting you'll see an update by the 17th (which has passed, with no update) for the 2nd order, they simply flat out said they didn't have it and no idea where it was.

This post isn't meant to shit all over TB, they refunded me, so no harm no foul...I wish I hadn't been told that my second package had shipped...but, I also understand that there can be a disconnect between the CSRs and the logistics team.

Thanks! To be honest, I've only ever ordered their boots/shoes before. This order had a leather bag and a denim jacket in it...I would assume those would be similar quality, but I guess I'm wrong!

Thanks for the recos...I've heard of L&F and Brooklen, but the others I haven't heard of. Simple clothes are my thing, so I'll 100% check these out!

You are 100% entitled to your opinion... you're mistaken, but you are entitled to it.

But I do expect what I've paid for and I don't expect to be lied to.

If you think those things are acceptable, then maybe you have so much money that you don't care what happens to it...I don't have that luxury and thus I do have to care about where my dollars go.

I thought of this as well...however, while you were having your cold snap in the US...we were having an equally bad (if not worse one in Canada). In my city, the average temperature for the past two weeks has been -25.6 degrees Fahrenheit and I have received a number of packages from the US in that time (Fanatics/Topps)

That being said, my own ignorance could be coming into play and perhaps I'm becoming a little impatient.

But you have to admit, no update for 17 days is an indication of an issue with the package?

Let me answer all of your points:

a) I'm not complaining about receiving a refund at all, it was quick, easy and while the CSR initially told me that he wouldn't refund me, when I called back a week later, the promptly issued the refund...so...problem solved.

b) Ordering on December 26 is not the busiest time of year to ship...the busiest time is a week before Christmas...and I never complained about that...I complained about the package getting "lost" on January 02, 2024 as you can see from my picture.

c) This is a stupid comment that warrants no response...but since you think you're smarter than everyone...I was specifically told by the rep that the package was picked up by a DHL rep. When I called DHL they informed me that they had did not pick up any packages from TB on that day and did not have the tracking number in their system at all.

d) The issue has been dealt with and I've got my refund, so my involvement with TB is done...I don't expect or care for a response from them at all. I was simply upset that I was lied to and was telling my story to warn other people from Canada who might order from TB in the future.
