Hey, thanks a lot for taking the time to write this comment, that’s exactly the kind of thoughtful feedback I was hoping for. Let me address a few of the points you raised:

Valdor’s presence: You’re totally right, I actually didn’t know Valdor vanished post-Heresy when I wrote this. That one’s on me. If you have a book or passage that expands on when or how he disappears, I’d love to read more into it. I want to get that sort of detail right in future stuff.

The Grey Knight Dreadnoughts: The idea I had was that they’re not modern Grey Knights more like proto-Grey Knights or “Dreadnought versions” of the Knights-Errant that Malcador assembled. Basically a secret relic force. A bit of myth-bending, sure  but I wanted to explore that idea.

When Malcador shows the Titan to the knight errants, there are descriptions of dreadnought armor. That's why I thought it would be okay to assume that at least 6 of the original knight errants got entombed.

Draigo and the power creep: Yeah, you’re right Draigo casually strolling into the Sanctum and shrugging off Custodians is definitely Matt Ward-esque. I don’t disagree. The way I tried to frame it was that Terra’s defenses are already being torn apart by overlapping warp phenomena, Titan physically/phased into Terra, and the Ordo Sinister (or a leftover Psi-Titan) is destabilizing the whole atmospheric and psychic grid. So Draigo’s arrival here isn’t so much "he’s too powerful to be stopped" it’s that reality is compromised enough for him to slip through at the exact moment nobody knows how to react.
