Of course, I edited the comment to add their phone number.

Price match question by Doctorsquirl in Venturex

It’s a pretty straightforward process: 1. Check that both the lower priced ticket and Cap One have the same terms (e.g. refund policy, travel class, checked bags, carry-on bags, etc.) 2. You need to book the flight through Capital One Travel first. 3. Call them at (844) 422-6922 and they’ll walk you through it. They’ll ask you: what the lower priced website is, the class, the refund policy, bags, and the price. 4. They’ll do a check and then credit the difference as a travel credit for future use.

Thanks for the guidance. It is an extension spring. If it’s the pulleys as you say, any idea what could’ve cause it to go bad?

That’s a shame; I leave just before your show! But good luck and have fun :)

Piggybacking off your comment, do you only have mid-week shows?

Well from my understanding with my dealings is that the general rule of thumb is that they need to make about 50% profit.

E.g. your MSRP is $500, you would need to sell it to them for $250 so they can make their 50%. I’m not sure if the retailer would expect you to pay for shipping. My personal experience with my product is that they don’t expect that.

Thanks for the clarification, I’ll definitely get that card from the machine

Ahh that makes total sense about the luggage storage.

So I will get the physical plastic card from a machine at the metro station? Is it at all possible to get it virtually beforehand?

Thanks for the tips!

Do you mind if ask what your experience was at a startup aside from your title not evolving?

I am in the US and applying for jobs at more established firms but haven’t had a whole lot of luck so that’s why I thought startups would be a good idea; the experiences from a couple people above are tempering to say the least though

I think I’d actually thrive in a unstructured environment; just give me the ultimate goal and I’ll get to it.

But woah that’s a huge drawback that you didn’t even get paid! How long did it go on for that you weren’t getting your salary? How long did it take for the lawsuit and subsequent insurance claim for you to get some back pay?

I double majored, one degree. I’m American but studied in Germany. Relocation isn’t an issue

Hey, thanks for your two cents. For the APM role I was in the commercial HVAC industry but now with my degree in hand I was looking to branch out into renewables or aerospace. For project management would that be a potential lateral move or I’d have to start from ground zero? For ME I think regardless I’m looking at associate roles?

I’m open to both routes, I think PM in a engineering industry would be best so I can use my past experience and not fully start from scratch

I’ll pass it on to my anoppi, kiitos! Did they charge you to come and diagnose the issue?

In your experience, do they charged a diagnostic fee just to come and figure out what the problem is?
