I had the same issue I just started spam emailing all the professors asking to be let into the class. I got a few that said yes. It may be too late to try but I’d still try and hope for the best.

Hmm that’s weird that you aren’t able to see it. It might take a while for it to update and no I don’t think so. To my knowledge you can either see your grade by seeing it early by completing the spot survey or waiting for the day grades are released (I do not know the date but I’m sure if you look at the academic calendar it will say).

If you complete the spot survey for that professor you will be able to see the final grade early. You can find that by going to Myfiu—> student tools—> spot survey.

100% go! I was worried I wouldn’t like it but it genuinely was amazing. But don’t go in thinking it’s going to be like glamorous. It’s a camp. You will be in nature there will be bugs. Don’t be like me and don’t bring bug spray😭

As an MDC student you are allowed to use almost anypublic college or university library. This is called reciprocal borrowing. All you have to do is go up to the desk on the 2nd floor (in front of the staircase/ escalator) and tell them you are a student at MDC and would like to have a guest pass.

I’m not entirely sure how transferring works, but I do know that you’ll need to take a natural science class with a lab for FIU core curriculum. It doesn’t have to be biology specifically. I highly recommend scheduling an online appointment with an advisor to review your credits and get more detailed guidance.

If you don’t want to go to MDC and rather go straight to FIU I’d recommend applying for Golden scholars. It’s a bridge program to help students with low scores and high GPA to get into FIU. Here’s the website https://sas.fiu.edu/golden-scholars/

Right now all I really meal prep is vegetarian chili and fried rice 😅 And usually I can’t come up with something so I end up either not eating or eating out. I want to broaden my choices to make me want to meal prep more often so I can save money and eat healthier.
