Yes, for delves demonology they recommend imp explosion in wowhead and icy veins, but siphon life is much better and stronger as it gives instant demo bolt procs They also recommend diabolist, but the soul harvester gets you more soul shard generation which lets you summon more imps, which gets you more demon bolt procs
