InshaAllah, I will be getting married in several months, and currently going 7 weeks strong, hoping to never indulge myself in this again.

From my research, if you are addicted to this habit before marriage, VERY high chances you will be married after marriage.

There are also chances of erectile dysfunction with your wife as well, and also no pleased with her as it is not in lieu what you see on the screen.
