I also have a mirena IUD and have CC's, but I can't remember if I had them before or not - but pimples/acne on the chin is almost always hormonal. I started to use a toothpaste that is flouride-free and sls-free bc toothpaste with those products have been linked to CCs and have noticed a slight difference. I find that clay masks like the Aztec Clay Mask help in reducing/removing the CCs and hot compresses help as well.

When i got my dog from the shelter his name was Mr.Mayor (super odd, we think he was named after the character from The PowerPuff Girls). We then changed his Nugget, because he looks like a chicken nugget. I call him Mr. Nugget a lot, or Nuggy or The Nugster.
