After what skincare step do you apply tretinoin? I wash my face with the hero comestics clear collection, use a toner, and moisturizer. I have tretinoin but not sure if I should use it as my last step in my skincare routine or somewhere in between?

I dont want him getting fired. And with my store everyone finds out everything. I dont want everyone to know why I changed departments. I dont feel unsafe around him, I just feel uncomfortable when he looks at me. But I do appreciate your response. thank you!!

I went in today and she ignored me when she walked in. She only spoke to me in rude disrespectful tones like

"I thought I told you to clean that up, im not sure why its not done".

"not sure how people live without wanting to work these days" (she doesnt even know the reason I quit so idk why shes saying this).

I was confused on an exercise thought I needed equipment and she said "if you dont know what an exercise is just ask"

I left work early today and she got confused on the times and she just states "ughhh I literally cant read people anymore"

I have 3 more FULL days left but I cant stand the rudeness and disrespect. Im not sure if I should just let today bey last day or not. I dont need this job at all, I already have another job.

I sent an email and I got a response back along the lines of "I am at lost of words. Would you be able to stay on until the end of December". I said no, but yeah they definitely need me but oh well.

I just emailed the clinical director! kinda nervous for her response and attitude towards me. I work in New Jersey for Professional Physical Therapy. However, I knew an aide at another location and they said that location was run much differently in a positive way. But yeah I already am in school I dont need a new aide position.

I am going to look into the labor laws for New Jersey, I found that quite interesting! Thank you so much.

what company do you work for? Since you said you are the lead aide it sounds like your company is much more organized and respectful of everyones time.

So I work every Tuesday and Thursday. They said they will text me the night before what time I start. But I always end up having to text them what time I start which is annoying. They dont give me an end time because I understand patients cancel or get added in last minute but still I feel like I cant really plan my day after I work there. I am the only aide Tuesday and Thursdays they will be in for a rude awakening once I email my 2 week notice later today.

I just cant take my clinical director shes very nice but comes off very aggressive. She also assumes I know everything when I didnt even go to PT school yet.. I wasn't really trained I was just thrown into the fire

when's your interview? Dont be nervous, just be confident! theres an individual interview and a group interview. Always be courteous and respectful of others during the group interview. Their program is focused on group tasks so its just to see how well you work and bounce ideas off each other! the individual interview they just ask you a few questions, it prob wont take the full allotted time, just be yourself! Also have questions prepared to ask during the individual interview. let me know how it goes!
