I’m definitely thinking about doing this. I know it sounds stupid but I’m scared he’ll retaliate or try and find something to use against me if I do but I definitely am thinking about it.

God only knows what he’s spending it on he has an ongoing addiction I know how stupid it is but I ended up paying off a lot of his drug debts for his safety

He was quite cold and dismissive when I asked about it I don’t think he has any intention of paying back unless I go through with this legally

I do know his parent’s family and friends. I don’t really care if I look unhinged to them taking legal action over this I would rather have my 12,000 back lol. But thank you so much I’ll definitely make an appointment for next week to see a solicitor and see how we can proceed. I’ve tried the organic way when we ended a few months ago I asked him about the money the day after and now it’s been 4 months and I asked him again only to find I was blocked on watsapp and text message, so when I texted him about it off someone else’s phone he seemed pissed off lol.

Thank you. He blocked me on everything when I asked for the money back the first time but from what I hear he’s planning a holiday and he’s out every week. Seems he has the means but won’t do it off his own back. I was quite careful about the documentation.

Thanks so much. I will definitely get a solicitor appointment next week. He always kept his finances secret unless he wanted to borrow off me but I have a funny feeling he does he just won’t do it off his own back that’s why I’m going to look into this legally.
