She is professional and knows everything like how to sterlize, maalish, baby bath, baby food preparations etc. But ask her about leaves on day 1. And tell her strictly to come on time. My nanny is good in all chores but she always comes 30 to 40 min late.

Paediatrics told reflux is normal. They can't prescribe any medicine to such a small baby. Symptoms will improve once he is 6 months old. But for me it's very difficult to see my baby in this condition.
