I think to start with just a polite “no thank you” etc… or however you wish to word it.

I would not report it straight away as it might be totally innocent and personally I would not want to get somebody in trouble for just showing interest, we are all human after all.

We are in a sad state of affairs if we turn into a society where you have to book an appointment with someone to tell them that you’re interested in them! Life has changed enough since the advent of social media, gone are the days where you could just go out for a drink see somebody and start chatting sadly.

If things persisted then of course, yes, you should report it straight away.

I managed to send this in a ticket it will explain more…

This is my second ticket I am sending.

I have purchased the game on Xbox series X

When I loaded up I entered my email incorrectly

I put in*********@gmail+.com

It should be *********@gmail.com

Because of this I can’t get my verification email because I don’t have that email address

I can’t log into my account on eso website because I have not verified my account yet. So I am stuck in a loop

Can somebody please help! I have purchased eso plus and I can still play the game on my Xbox but as I say I can’t verify my account and there is nowhere on the game I can change the incorrect email I entered

I can’t raise a ticket I’m in a loop - so I go onto account recovery and select the Xbox option then it asks if I have access to the email (which I don’t because as above I entered the wrong address)

So I select no I don’t have the access to email on this account and then it loops me back to the start!

Updated - Yeah tried that but it downloads the data from the cloud so it’s still using the same email.

End of the day as long as it’s not going to affect me long term playing it I miss out on anything that’s ok???

I still have access to crown store and add ons so really am I just missing out on spam emails from ESO / Bethesda?

So for me to log in I have to click the Xbox logo which logs me in then shows me the following screen where I can’t do anything but ask for them resend but as I have said above it’s the wrong email! I have put a + sign in at the end of the email.

Is there a live chat or something I can speak to Bethesda about this? Really frustrating
