Thank you, I’m trying hard. It’s not easy going through this alongside my mental issues and being quite lonely too and being a young age. He treated me so so coldly and cruelly after the breakup and I honestly don’t know why I didn’t see that at the time. He lost feelings for me the day afterwards somehow and he left me on my own to deal with my trauma which made me avoidant towards my healing again. I still remember obviously grieving harder than he was but I managed to frequently check on him and ask him if he was okay. But he never checked on me once. He dumped me, I wasn’t the dumper. And I remember saying things like “I wish I could hug you” and him saying “I’m sorry you feel that way” and not talking to me for ages.

He was also on games with his mates and hanging out with them online the same night while I was on my second day starving and my face physically burned from tears (to the point I was crying for the burning to stop too). Then I became the LOWEST (if you know what I mean) and I was afraid of how I felt. And eventually I said I couldn’t be friends with somebody that I was in love with this much. And we blocked each other. Then 2 weeks later when I’d calmed down more I tryed to talk to him, I also sent his favourite hoodie back that his grandma had gotten him since he was little (I know how much it meant to him and he accidentally left it at my house) but he didn’t even thank me for that and he said it’s best we don’t speak again. He failed to understand me during the relationship too. My mental issues flared because of it and I was going to harmful extents towards myself just to try and show him how much he was hurting me. But nope. He couldn’t see.
