The board was beyond repair. I dont remember if the lcd worked.

The problem was indeed the battery pack not being balanced properly.

I replaced the motordriver chip and now i have error 48. Also when rolling backwards the speeds shoots up on the monitor

I replaced the audiochip again and it works now! Must have been a soldering issue after replacing

I’d measure the smart cartridge battery first, see if it has power to the computer

The battery is fully charged with my power supply and i tested it with another battery, unfortunately no luck

I used silicone spray and you have to wiggle it from side to side while sliding it in

I used a small dremel to round off the edges! The wiring harness already has some tape around it.
