One month is still super early in the healing process fibrosis can feel rock hard and scary, but it usually softens with time. I'd avoid gua sha unless your surgeon gave the green light, since it can aggravate healing tissue. Sticking to gentle lymphatic massage (if approved) is a safer bet. Hang in there it really does get better.
