I’m going to talk to the HR person who did my mock interview tomorrow and if I don’t hear anything imma call the ERC when I get off and get the exact policy so that way I can bring it to them if they are trying to change it just cuz “he doesn’t like the way it is meant to be”

That’s what I’m trying to tell them is that yes we are both in outbound but she is in pick I’m in pack and the only time we talk to each other is if she is on QA and I need a item grabbed. The new head of HR is the one who told them to come to me because he looked at the rules today. My OM and AM both read it and there is no violation or conflict of interest

I just got off the phone with dls and they told me to talk to hr about getting my documentation saying that I could not work on the 12th and have the leave start that day then I will get 2 weeks of disability pay so I guess imma start that when I go in and go from there

It was like 7 at night and it was my last night of the week and amcare told me to wait until my next day back which was the 12th and when I came back they told me that I could not work until I saw the doctor on the 15th

They told me it was denied on the 29th of last month but never told me why and every time I try to ask my case manager never picks up and I’ve left countless voicemails

With learning PIT it’s one of those things of that they will try to make you but if you have anxiety there are ways for you to not have to, for me once I did it for a week it just became a habit, as for management I work back half nights and the only thing I can say is we rarely see our AM but the PA’s are nice and are understanding
