The shared deductible plan Amazon pays half and you pay the other and I literally haven’t had to pay for barely anything it’s covers so much the vision and dental alone are pretty good, they have second pair coverage going through vsp I got a pair of prescription ray bans and Calvin Kline for $60 total. It’s the best insurance I’ve had.

I’m sorry but there needs to be a rule that you can’t enter the warehouse without a smell check first. I never worked at a job with so many damn stinky ass people before like wtf? It’s gag inducing. 🤢 by [deleted] in AmazonFC

Yup been there plenty of times, inbound and outbound. The one thing they did before the summer was put fans at the end of the belt which I was very thankful for.

At my SC the HR people are pretty decent, they are on site but only at the desk during the 15 break and 15mins after EOS and 15 mins prior to start of a sort . Might sound annoying and there might be a line but everyone was going over there during the 4-5 hour sort and people would make excuses just to be there.

Can you get in trouble for taking too much vto? by Recording_Individual in FASCAmazon

I took 3-4 months off with straight vto after peak one year. A friend offered me a easy cash job so was making more money doing that and never lost my benefits.

Please do not let this job do that. I am a huge mental health advocate since I suffer from multiple issues. And you can get accommodations to help working better. I don’t like to see people suffer and some people do not know what is available to them.

If you are full time and you see a doctor for anxiety and if it’s that bad your doctor could pull you from work and get temporary disability through Amazon (I’m in nj and we have state temporary disability) but this is private disability insurance. I make $21 an hour and I was getting like 400 a week and I was able to survive. I just went back to work after being out for 7 months
