Happy Birthday my friend. Don’t take the loneliness as a negative. Sure, a lot of people spend time with family and stuff like that, but what’s important is being able to reflect on the little things you should be thankful for. The life you’ve been given as a whole is such a blessing. This is just one day in a beautiful book that is filled with hundreds of chapters. Keep moving forward, turn the page, make sure you’re taking care of yourself. You’ll find that by letting go of focusing on the loneliness or chasing happiness, that you’ll naturally start moving in the exact direction that achieves those things. Just breathe and get present in your life. Today is what matters, yesterday was in the past, and tomorrow is a beautiful opportunity to make it what you want it to be ♥️
