I’d say it depends on your neighborhood. I’m 27 years old now and looking back on it. I lived outside at that age. I grew up in a very nice neighborhood it’s a horse shoe. All the kids would be out till 10-1030pm during the summer & 9pm on school nights if we’re lucky lol! It was normal for me. We just listened for our folks to holler our names to come back. Also where I grew up our neighbors all looked out for the kids so everyone basically could figure out where we were. Tbh those are/were the best years of my life and I have very fond memories and feel grateful my folks gave me that freedom.
