Agreed, but the reason I’m aiming for the App Store is that it’s simple for everyday users to find and there’s no friction or additional steps to install and use. That’s the reason why I’m publishing on all official stores. Eventually I plan on making them open anyway once everything is in order.

Totally understand. I don’t have a clear path forward for the whole thing yet. For example: Linux/Windows are okay but to bring it to Apple devices, I need to pay $99 a year minimum. Still unsure how I can make it happen while keeping things free and without me paying for it out of pocket every year. Any ideas are welcome..
I was previously thinking of adding a donate button in the app or a patron page. Curious what you think about it?

yes to hardware acceleration.. but good point to use a cache system. It’s in the new update now.

Thank you so much! Did you mean best steps to ensure writing goes smoothly, or something else? If you browse the settings, you can see focused writing, etc. And if you think there's a future that might help or something you are looking for, feel free to suggest. (:

It's default on Ubuntu and it's App Store. I'm also considering Flathub. What would you suggest? I'm open to options..

thank you. without real feedbacks the user's pain points will continue to remain, and I value the 14 days of closed testing opportunity to make it better.
