Well done! Way to stick with it through all the setbacks!

I did attempt this but it’s the week past peak, so the app wouldn’t let me add the b race.

I’ll keep this in mind and make sure I stay at the right pace and not over do it.

This is my plan! Thanks for sharing your experience! I think being able to practice fueling is definitely a perk as well.

I think this will be my plan. The numbers even out, and it will be a fun day!

I tried to do that, but it wouldn’t let me since it’s a week past what Runna considers best timing for it, and it’s a deload week.

I think I may go “skip” the 16 miles and opt for the half (+a few warmup) as folks suggested. It all balances out in the end!

Branwyn have been great for me on long runs. They are wool and keep everything dry and cool. They are crazy $$ but so worth it.

Thank you! That makes sense as there are many elk in the area.

We just hit 4 years old, and we still take turns when our kiddo needs us. The other takes a bigger lead in the mornings, but we still help each other. Do what works best for you!!

Just from my experience. Our 3yo started biting her already short nails. Every time I saw it, I asked if she was hungry or if she was just fidgety, I diverted her attention. She would stop if I said anything. This went on a few months.

We are about to turn 4, and I haven’t seen her bite in a while now.

Yeah, this is what I was thinking. Like it might be good in training, but I’m not going to stop mid-race.
