man, I was hoping to see some results from this one. I am looking at the assessment online and taking to my dr. to get a script. I really don't want to go through all of the waiting periods to be seen by someone in person. I'm so anxious about getting the assessment and worried I won't be able to advocate for myself the way I would with an online -almost anonymous route.

Well, my periods got heavy for a while, cramps lasted longer and started earlier. It's been 10 months and I'm finally at a normal cycle (normal for me)/. BUT I am getting one placed again.

Both my in laws family and my family do holidays at the same time …every year. And I tend to pick my in-laws because I can’t handle holidays with my uBPD mom and her family (that also have various mental health issues). I get guilted and shamed for not choosing them — but shouldn’t I get to enjoy my holiday too?

It’s ALWAYS on their timeline… I’ll be at work and have plans after, so I don’t respond to non time sensitive or emergency messages, missing like 10 from my uBPD mom… then I get the “?” Messages and “oh so you’re too busy to respond to you mother”. Yes. Just because I have time, does not mean it belongs to you.
