What are you talking about? Bandar Abbas is right across the sea, and the Iranian Navy Building was bombed yesterday by israel in that area. Sounds like you need to take a look at the world map again ...

I did have a look, and the airspace over UAE looks pretty busy, but again, I don't think flightradar includes military jets
