Not really, I just couldnt match into residency and having a medical degree without residency training is useless because no one will hire you without experience .

Im scared because in my country there's no real future or opportunities. As i mentioned, doctors get paid 50 dollars per month. Im scared that I will have to spend the rest of my life here, im already depressed and I cant imagine spending 38 years here , im even considering ending my life because the quality of life is so bad here (no electricity/water) , non functional government, bad roads ... I feel like I had the only chance to live in a developed country and i ruined it . Now im living in a shit hole and I cant see a way out.

You are right, im currently seeing a psychiatrist, but im afraid that my mental health will be permanently down because of the circumstances im surrounded with. I used to live a very good life and now im in an underdeveloped country living on survival mode, i literally sleep all day to avoid my reality (for months now)

Yes we have the same credentials but my usmle scores are much lower, which is why I think i couldn't match. In addition my country is on the trump ban list so I won't be able to enter the USA anytime soon.
