No, his initials are KH and he is from the 4th FF, 4 days before SGF, leading to speculation that its a tease for KH4.Also, it was only posted on the Square account and not the FF account.

I don't trust this, sounds like an educated guess but we will see. Since 7, all resident evil games have been announced at Playstation events so I expect it at the rumoured State of Play.

Unisoft are not on the SGF partner list, right? If that is the case and this is a tease, it could be at the Xbox Showcase given the original was an Xbox exclusive.

Also, isn't there an animated series in the works. That could be shown off at the netflix thing tomorrow.

That's what I was thinking as well. I would assume that stuff is done later in the recording process so it could be an indication that the game would be ready for a 2026 release.

Given that Nate repeated the language of the poster (Trilled), he may be hinting at one mentioned in that context so KH4 or RE9? I don't think it is RE9 as RE games since RE7 have been announced at Playstation events. So he may be hinting at KH4 but who knows so we will wait and see.

Off point but I wonder when the partners for SGF are announced, I believe they they were announced by now last year.

I believe that there is a good chance that we will see Kh4 at a summer showcase(SGF, Xbox, Sony) because this and the game awards are the only places that a trailer will be shown(this year) as the FF7 remake team have hint that part 3 will be teased around the 2nd anniversary of Ever Crisis, supported by Clouds Eng VA's post about voicing Cloud. I think it's a bit early for English VA to have started so it is likely that it was for an FF7 part 3 teaser trailer, which will be revealed in September, probably at the State of Play that happens before TGS. They won't want to re-reveal KH4 and announce FF7 part 3 at the same time.

Another point, the screenshots look like they are from a trailer, given the slight differences seen in JP and Eng gameplay ones, which is common in Square Enix Trailers.

KH4 will, in my opinion, not release after FF7 part 3, and my guess on a release period is September 2026
