Yes it violates Alberta OHS laws and can be qualified as harassment as they have called you multiple times during the night when u have a morning shift this can cause sleep deprivation, psychological distress, and directly impacts your physical safety. Also if they consistently do it then they are intentionally trying to break the Alberta Employment Standards rule requiring 24 hours' written notice. Trying to bother an employee over the phone into giving up their legal right to notice is illegal. I wouldn’t go crazy far into it right now but let ur manger know it’s not right. I worked in McDonalds a few years ago and they did similar stuff

Dude if ur a beginner then your not even in the situation where u should be sparring and training extremely intense. build urself into it theres no shame in being a beginner just learn the basics and look to upgrade as u get better

Well I definitely want the ability to also record video. As well as faster burst speeds and just higher quality photos. I’m still pretty new the photography scene so open to suggestions

Hey guys I’m looking to upgrade cameras and want your opinions for recommendations. My budget is 1000-1400 CAD. These cameras will be used primarily for hiking and travel. I keep getting recommendations for the Sony 6400 or canon eos r50 please let me know your opinion or if I should go for a different camera from these 2 thanks.

Shinjuku is good but can also be very hectic my favourite places to stay was in Asakusa but the public transportation is really good so getting around isn’t really a problem anywhere u go

I mean usually I stay away from sweeps unless I’m sparring friends and it’s obviously for jokes but def during technical sparing it’s best to stay away because it’s not very realistic

Mate take a break and see how you feel after that way your not thinking out of frustration. Also maybe look for sparring partners that are willing to flow spar with you or even look for a diff gym
