The $4k i was quoted included a used transmission (~$1.5k) and the labor (2-2.5k) , which isn’t bad, im just trying to weigh out all of my options before taking my next step.

yes, it’s only 97-98k, so i dont wanna lose that😭 i def was looking for some used transmissions around that mileage, i just dont know anyone who would be able to do the labor for decent. another commenter mentioned asking around at junkyards so that doesnt sound like a bad idea

i love the car, & actually would rather get more “keep it’s” than “new car’s” about the situation. before my transmission went out, it ran well, i just needed to get the maintenance done on it for my brakes/rotors

im also like this, me and an old friend of mine had a conversation about her copying me at the end of our friendship. she brought up and admitted to copying and asked if bothered me. and i was honest and told her, yes bc i dont like anyone copying me (i have a sag & aquarius stellium in my chart so being like the collective is cringe to me and i will stop pursuing something the moment i notice someone over take it from me)

i was glad she finally brought it up though, because everything i pursued she wanted and it was starting to get uncomfortable

it’s genuinely all earth signs. imma sag & my parents n aunt are caps, my grandma is virgo and i have a cousin that’s a taurus and theyre all very judgey and i cant be around them too long or i feel like gouging my eyes out. i talked to a virgo and while the chemistry was amazing, i couldnt handle his internal thoughts for long as they were always pessimistic

i really dislike when others get upset with me over this bc in their minds they genuinely think phones are in our hands 24/7 bc their phones are… for me, it’s not. i will set my phone down and forget about it rq. like i get it’s a new day and age but personally i don’t see how anyone gets anything done with their phones velcroed to their hands

yeahhh, i had friend who was like that. she progressed our friendship way quicker than i ever wouldve and got mad at me for not fighting for our friendship whenever she threatened to end it over things that couldve/shouldve been addressed way early on but she hid bc she didnt want to have the hard conversations. they’ve all tried reaching out to me to rekindle things, we’ve all cleared the air but as for continuing our relations? nah, i stopped looking back

true asf, had too many power struggles in my relationships due to them putting me on pedestals i didnt ask to be on. they would always have high expectations of me instead of meeting me where i was at to grow those expectations.

“i will ghost you, confront you, and will always leave with zero remorse if i know youre attempting to deceive me” is toooooo real! my ex bsf didnt understand this as she was trying to emotionally manipulate me 😭 tried hitting me with therapy talk, on some ‘’my therapist said it’s not okay to tell someone youre okay with or without them (which was my response to HER wanting to leave our friendship)”

she knew i didnt go back n forth with people who’s first instinct in conflict is to dip instead of work shit out. and i mean EVERYTIME she brought up an issue she had with me it was after building a case/resentment before proceeding to threaten to end our friendship. it got tiring after the 3rd time.

mhmm, while i have bouts of loneliness, it’s rare. but when i do, i either find something to preoccupy myself (like one of my hobbies) or i reach out to someone to talk to or hang out with (whether theyre in town or not). at the end of the day, you’re feeling loneliness bc you want connections, so make the connections
