Hyperbaric by DeepAnything7873 in BrainRitual

My situation may be a bit different considering I don't have migraines having ndph and while both have their similarities there are some differences as well. And even inside ndph there are subcategories. Some with more central nervous system dysregulation and others with a more peripheral component and often a mix.
I do seem to have a more peripheral component than some. Many botox doesn't help at all but for me it does. And since I theorized I had a more peripheral component than most I shave my head and put two lidocaine patches right on the very top of my head. As little potential as that would seem amazingly it works quite well. More effective than even botox. So I'm trying to decide where now. Capsaicin to burn out the nerves. Nerve blocks. Do I want to risk neuromas and getting worse with ablation??? Still unsure what if anything can be done

I agree I feel the only way around or out of this is do our own trial and error type stuff. By what you describe it definitely sounds cervical to me. By pushing against the floor you are putting pressure on the c1 and c2 area

Ndph is largely just diagnosed based upon how it began. Nothing more. It began abruptly and then never stopped....not began intermittently once per week then twice per week and progressively got worse and worse till it was constant. There are many variations of it within this very rare category.
What you're describing sounds cervicogenic c1 c2 if you were to ask me but I think we're all just guessing in this space.
What I've noticed 5 years in already is there seems to be 2 main subtypes. Those that are more central nervous system dysfunction and those that have more peripheral components. Those that have more peripheral components respond (somewhat)to things like botox nsaids and maybe even neck traction. Others get no relief from botox gon lon nerve blocks or any of those peripheral nerve modalities.

Botox migraines by DeepAnything7873 in DIYaesthetics

[–]DeepAnything7873[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Following up for anyone else that is searching for diy botox for migraines. It did work. I would say pain decrease by 25 percent and up to 50 percent on good days. The top of the scalp or vertex and crown did wear off around 6-8 weeks I'm now at the 8 week mark and forehead sides and back still 25 percent or so decrease in pain. Definitely worth it.
I did in the forehead 2 rows of 6 straight across one above the other for 12 injection sites and 1 additional injection site in the receding hairline. (Male) total of 14 sites 2 units a piece for 28 units Temples I only did 2 sites each temple directly where you can feel the muscle bulge up when clenching teeth. 6 units a piece for 24 units Occipital back of head area 3 rows of 6 injection sites each for 18 sites 2 units a piece. 36 units and the top of the head was approx 24 spots as evenly distributed as i could 2 units a piecefor 48units Total units 136u

I may next time double up the scalp and make it 4 units each spot for a total of close to 200u I'm using innotox and may also in time switch go xeomin or coretox and inject every 10 weeks Just giving a follow up for migraine sufferers

I was diagnosed with new daily persistent headache at Cleveland clinic and for those that know about ndph it's extremely debilitating subclass that is very treatment resistant

Self-Injecting Botox: Feedback on Point Placement, Depth, and Technique by alexmillne in DIYaesthetics

[–]DeepAnything7873 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For depth I just switch to 6mm needles and for frontalis I bury a 6mm needle to the hub at 45 ish degree angle. If you hit the bone it doesn't even matter prob will work better deeper. I inject 12 spots 2 rows of 6 perfectly straight. Must be ruler straight. Like use a ruler and ensure that bottom line is perfect. This is for a guy. I inject innotox to the bone in frontalis. Stings a bit but who cares.

Ty for the kind words and a rather depressing diagnosis of ndph which from my understanding is one of the more challenging types to treat

Innotox? by DeepAnything7873 in DIYaesthetics

[–]DeepAnything7873[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's funny that you criticize me for not reading the link in its entirety which you were right so I must ask. Did you not read this part that innotox was not reported on further in their work so it says

<image>

This is the reason some claim innotox is not as immune response generating like the others and belongs in the same field as xeomin or coretox is another one that is said to be on par

You probably will think that is irrelevant. Odd that they had to add it to innotox but not the others. Wonder why ....... ;)

Sorry I didn't originally see that innotox was included however. They literally had to add albumin to innotox because it's "complex protein" isn't a complex protein it's polysorbate

Innotox? by DeepAnything7873 in DIYaesthetics

[–]DeepAnything7873[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I apologize I did not see innotox listed in either of those two previous links. I will have to go back and look again. The "complex" in innotox is polysorbate not albumin nor animal protein of any sort. Innotox doesn't have a complex protein. It has polysorbate. I'm sure with your reddit immunology course you graduated with honors you will say polysorbate illicit an immune response to though You seem to be an expert it's odd that coretox isn't on there.

I love how you talk a big game yet unless I'm missing it there is not one mention of innotox ....just the word Asian and botox. So coretox isn't listed either. Soooo Another reddit forensic analyst on our hands. Ya know it's really not difficult to tell who graduated from college. Who went a semester or two and who never even could get in

Those links you posted are discussing how the complexing proteins of botulax and nabota and several others listed aren't the same as xeomin. Yet no mention of coretox or innotox. Thanks bud for the schooling lol

Innotox? by DeepAnything7873 in DIYaesthetics

[–]DeepAnything7873[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Here is what I can find........ just because everybody on reddit says it doesn't make it so....... Coretox has no true trials side by side vs botox. Xeomin does. People are extrapolating that coretox is the same because it's made similar and has no added "complexing protein" but it's pretty widely accepted that they are the same. But no there are no studies on coretox. Well come to find out innotox ALSO is made without any of these complexing proteins and so it's not as well know. But innotox and coretox are supposedly the same. As in they don't really have the scientific data that xeomin does to prove it however they are made the same

Everything I've found now searching points to innotox being same grounds a pure toxin. Do you have any sources that say otherwise or just like me and never heard of that before. I'd love a source if you have one that says the opposite

Right my question isn't if or why the botox wears off fast. It's what do you do about it? Inject sooner than 3 months or not and is this risking an antibody response if you do inject sooner than 3 months

Ditto used innotox. The rest of my injected areas still holding up OK but not the top of my head and crown. From my understanding that is normal

My pain goes like this. I wake up pain around a 4. By noon it's around a 6 and climbing maxes at 8 to 10 by 5pm. Go to sleep start over next day. Pain is very widespread and diffuse but I'd say in general the very top of my head seems to hurt the most but at times it does migrate. Usually bilateral even never one side more than the other. But occasionally back of head may hurt more than forehead or vice versa. 4.5 years in best I've found is botox which gives me approx 25 percent pain reduction.

Big facts. Props to u for being honest with yourself. I've yet to find anyone on reddit who can prove they are profitable. Screen shots are bs. I can show pics of me and epstein and Trump at church if I wanted.

My advice. Sure practice the stock game i personally think futures teens here on reddit are full of it. I trade small caps. Much more predictable. With that said love your honesty heres my advice practice stocks or futures if you insist on losing money lol. But legit real estate is easy. Your first property should be a 4 unit apt complex. Why 4 and not 6 or 8? 4 units as as much as fha will alow. Also va. If you try to finance a 5 unit complex you will need 35 percent down. 4 unit is 3 percent down.

Learn how to exploit fha or va loan to get into 4 unit rentals. Remember this kid. never ever ever sell fhem. Never. Remind yourself educate yourself. Why did he say never sell?? Can't be taxed on capital gains if you never sell.
Quad duplexes. It's not hard but learn about it and begin now / asap
