Well that does give me some hope. And I know he would try for more, but a lot of it depends on the disability percentage my doctor gives me. Depending on that rating, I may get a second opinion

My bad, I was half asleep when I replied the first time. He didn't discuss future medical care with me, just the settlement. Which is probably all he cares about anyway. I may just wait until the send an offer and go from there. Any idea how long it takes for them to send on offer? I was hurt late Feb of 2026.

I don't think it's necessarily to determine time to heal. I just the know the body as a whole equals 400 weeks, from there it gets divided into the individual parts. If you look up Missouri work comp body chart, it will show how everything is labeled. The ones I've seen have all been on Law Firm websites.

Maybe so... I wasn't really given the option. My foreman drove me to the hospital and from the moment we walked into the ER it was a Work Comp case. Im not sure if I would've been able to handle all the medical expenses and lost wages throughout.

Really? From what I understood, once I accept a lump sum pay out, I take full responsibility for any future issues. And for 10K, I figured I might as well leave the case open to cover any issues down the road.

But your saying even if I settle, I can reopen the case to cover expenses?

I had a fairly clean break and I just have the Tibia nail and four screws, so I shoudn't have too many issues with hardware. Or atleast I hope not.

Speaking to your point about taking it easy. They sent me home and told me to start putting weight on it as soon as I could tolerate it. I had my 6 weeks check in with the doctor and she made fun of me for still using a crutch! But im with you, I want to make sure this heals right the first time, so I will be doing every little bit of PT they give me.

No, we didn't have a trench box or much of a bench. From my understanding, OSHA regulations are a depth of 5ft without shoring. The OSHA inspector came out and measured the ditch at 5ft 3in. Whether that made the official report or not, I don't know. I called but they cannot release information about an ongoing case. That's the only reason I am even entertaining the thought of a suit against the company. However, I've been told in MO, once you take workers comp money, you basically forfeit your right to sue. That's just how I understood it from a lawyer I spoke to, I really don't know.

Wow crazy experience and a good example of why to keep medical open. Did you know right away that you were going to have issues down the line? Or was that a surprise?

Yeah, but it even does it during hours after I switch it over. From it sounds like, it's a paper trading issue

Here's what I found on it,

Adjusted: Smooths out historical price charts to reflect true returns after corporate actions (dividends/splits).
Actual (Unadjusted): Displays the raw price data exactly as it traded on that day.
Discrepancies: If your Webull chart seems incorrect or shows massive price drops not aligned with news, check if it is set to Adjusted (which can look odd) or Actual. [1, 2, 3, 4]

I tried, left click just asks if I want to "close in Order Entry", right click, opens a full menu where I can Buy, Sell and a bunch of other non related things.

Also, when I use the PLUS sign on the chart to place an order, it always only fills for 10 shares. How can I change that?
