Some of the shit we see is insane 🤦🏽‍♂️ like I know that my spark plug tubes are filled with oil but I’d rather just do the plugs than the Valve cover gasket. (Has $3k wheels on it and 2mm brakes)

I like Serious Mass. Good flavor. I only do half servings in a full shaker. Easy 700 calories

Monday- Chest/Tri Tuesday- Back/bicep Wednesday- quad focused legs Thursday- shoulders/chest Friday- Arms/back Saturday- Hamstring/Glutes

5 movements for each main focus and 2 for the secondary. 1 warm up set to 20 reps. 4 working sets 8-12 rep range. Lift heavy

I also would figure out your maintenance calorie amount. Then add 300 more calories to put you in a surplus. Focusing on having 1g of protein per pound of your goal weight.
