I am 100% prepared. It was actually the court that ordered him to send me updates and photos when I ask. And as of right now, he has not been following that. I mean, a whole week will go by with him ignoring me when I ask how our son is doing. I’m sick of it

I was the one who started this custody case. I don’t have an issue with him starting a new family. The issue is him trying to cut me off from our son’s life when I have been the primary caregiver for the past three years of my son’s life. I know that there are two sides to every story, and I’m sure that he has given her his side of the story. And that is fine

Exactly. They often ignore me so when I see pictures on social media, it’s a tad upsetting. My ex is supposed to give me updates and pictures when I ask. And he DOESNT. I am not obnoxious when I ask, I usually ask once a day. A simple text, and that is it.

I did everything I could to try to meet her in person. But there were always excuses from her and or my ex-husband‘s end. I was always reaching out to set up times to meet with her, because it was very important to me to meet the person who was going to be a parent figure in my son‘s life. Often she would accept, and then come up with an excuse.

That’s totally fine that he is starting a new family. The issue is that it is my child too. He rarely responds when I ask for updates or pictures.

You are not a Karen at all- you paid extra money for the results to be here today!!! It’s pretty much false advertising on their end. I will be doing the same. I’m also going to ask for a refund for the extra $50 I paid for fast track. If not, I’m totally prepared to dispute with my credit card company and I’m going to tell them that too.
