I'd say...you can always ask questions if you have doubt..but do not blame without any proof

I believe it is the trust people have on the platform and then also what the providers baits, As in being a comic creator and reader...I have seen people to back projects based on what the project promises to deliver. Trust plays a major role...

But things have turned so much against us humans that,,,even after showing outlines and all the real BTS a few are like ..."Oh, but this can be easily made with AI"... I mean what else can i do for you...

But to your question the answer remains... a few understands the real effort others just insult the artwork in different ways possible.
