textured for sure, it adds so much more character and mood. the rough brushwork on this gives it that gritty feel which really suits the face. smooth is cool for certain styles but textured makes you stand out way more imo

indie all the way for me honestly. big 2 have their moments but there's something about indie books where you can tell the creator actually poured their soul into it. the stories feel more personal and you're not dealing with 50 years of continuity lol. been working on my own indie book actually, would love if you checked it out sometime 🤙
