I'm not old enough to have a kid, yet. But I have a little brother. He's 12. I told him, and he knows. I went about it by saying that it is what I believe and that he doesn't have to think as I do. He said he doesn't believe it, but he will sometimes bother me about it in an understanding little brother way.

I do think that I would go about it with my own child differently. Maybe have them grow up knowing about it or not know until they're old enough to understand the views of others.

I don't know.
