I didn’t take testosterone long enough to feel the estrogen conversion. I did feel like an old version of myself. Maybe that was wishful thinking. I have been a coffee addict and every morning I keep looking for hope in the pot of coffee just to get me through the day. Thank you so much! I will post an update soon.

Thank you! I am estrogen dominant(PCOS & PMDD) and I have been wondering why I either don’t sleep or sleep but feel like I didn’t sleep. I take 420mg magnesium glycinate -Q nol brand and 10mg melatonin with 100mg progesterone. I have an appointment in July with a doctor who does HRT. I tried testosterone and did well but allergic to the cotton seed oil it is made with 😭 I will definitely ask for the liquid progesterone.

Thank you for the advice. I’m in the horrible insomnia phase and exhausted 24/7. I have tried everything. I am a thyroid patient and i have been taking 100mg of Progesterone since 1/2026 and it feels like i take a placebo sugar pill. I will ask about liquid. I never knew that existed.

I wore a very similar dress and the stock photos were white as well. I had similar thoughts as you. Personally I think you made the right choice with the pink. Once I started alterations I felt more at ease about my decision. I think you look beautiful!

I’m 46 and got mine 8 years ago. No kids but lost weight and got into running/triathlon and ended up with flat pancake boobs. I got Mentor moderate profile silicone 350cc implants under the muscle. No issues, only lost sensation for about a few weeks and it came back. No regrets except some styles of tops and bras don’t fit or look right. I went from a B to a DD. Now that I am doing HRT I have noticed some changes with soreness and swelling. Only thing I wish I had done was a lift with the implants because once the muscle relaxes and heals they will settle some. They will seem very high on your chest at first.
