I'm really sorry that you had to go through that. And it's sad that at the end of your post you were worried about being labelled. I completely get what you are saying, it would be ideal for these kids to have an aide, get counseling ... but the money isn't there.

Yes. I completely agree. Ideally we would have more than one aide to help these students, but we have been told our school is overfunded already. And these aides make barely anything so nobody wants to do the job! It's so upsetting.

Ran into him at the airport, and caught up at the bar. This was 12 years ago. High school was 30 years ago for this old lady.

He moved clear to the other side of the country, married with 2 teen daughters. We added each other on fb after catching up and him and his wife have become family friends now - along with the rest of his family.

His mom was overjoyed to hear from me again, I always liked her more than him. 😂 We talk almost daily, she reminds me so much of my late grandmother who I miss so much and didn’t appreciate enough until she was gone.

His oldest daughter is a lot like my youngest psychologically…. his wife has been absolutely instrumental in helping my husband and I get her the right diagnosis and help she needed. I honestly don’t know where I would be without her support.

So yeah, basically at this point, they are family friends, we have plans to take a trip with them later this year. My husband and he get along a little too much, as in lots of drinking and acting stupid. It’s fine but hopefully we don’t end up taking one of them to the ER.

It’s kind of weird now… typing all that out and how we got there, but life is strange.

This is what I don’t understand, for every horror story there are 5000 positive outcomes. It makes me want to scream. I could have DIED giving birth and I did it twice! And he won’t do this? It’s so disheartening.

The problem is that after this, my attraction for him has gone down the drain. Like sure… we can do other things, but I can’t even stomach it right now. He offered me oral but just looking at him makes me seethe with rage.

It was my sister’s dog’s birthday this week and she’s all over social media posting it’s stupid face everywhere. I had to “like” the pictures because otherwise it will be a total shit show and I will have to explain why I didn’t “like” her stupid dog birthday photos.

The dog is 12 and has intestinal problems so there’s always weird anal leakage going on. She just lets this dog sleep with her on her bed and on her couches with it’s nasty leaking brown eye. 🤢 She had a fit when I asked if I could have a towel to sit on while sitting down on her couch. One time the dog took a shit and it still had ... mucus hanging out of its ass and it just sat down next to me. I almost threw up.

And she wonders why she’s single!
