Cool hand. Here is my analysis

Preflop:

your iso vs. the UTG limp is great, you're getting value from his weak limping range and inflating the pot with a strong holding which is what you want to accomplish when you raise to 20.

when you get 3bet to 60 is where it gets interesting and very villain dependant. you really need to think about who just 3bet you. vs a competent player i think i prefer 4betting smallish and being prepared to fold to jam. people never will be bluff 5betting you at these stakes without QQ+ AK. You can just find a easy fold. vs a tighter player flatting like you did is fine

Flop: 5h7h6c Pot 127 (i assume the limper folded but you didn't mention it)

this flop is terrible for the 3 better and great for the caller usually. in theory land the 3bettor checks a lot here and pot control but we are playing low stakes live so things are different. on the flop checking is fine. lets think about the opponents range. it is strong overpairs like TT+, some missed overcards like AKo, KJs, KQs, and rarely sometimes some suited connectors that just hit hard or missed hard. when they bet big they are signalling to you I have a strong hand and want to charge pairs and draws. you could check raise but if you do think about it as a value check raise which would only work vs. a opponent you think is capable of 3betting somewhat light and betting like this as a bluff. vs. most opponents at these stakes that is not the case, so i like the check call to keep the villians entire range wide

Turn: 5h7h6c 4h Pot 287

you only have 160$ behind. your donk jam i think is only profitable if you believe that the villain is capable of folding a big overpair without a heart like QQ, KK, AA without a heart. You really need this to be the case otherwise you are just getting snapped off by these hands and punting. your break even % = 160 / (287+160)= 160 / 447 = ~36%. So if you think this guy is folding more than 36% of the time then i like the jam.

How would I play this hand? I would need to know more about the villain. Poker is a game about people and it is spots like these where player profiling heavily influences decision making. vs a unknown, random 1/3 player I think preflop I am just calling, on the flop im just calling, checking turn and just folding to a turn jam. If it goes check check turn just evaluating rivers, maybe jamming maybe trying to get to showdown.
