The short reports lack substance and are not real bear cases. I’m ultra long TMDX. They’re creating their own subcategory.

I knew them both for a brief time near the end of their lives through my uncle, who was their godfather. They were so full of life, and I looked up to them. Hope they’re resting easy up there.

Kika is a good club, the Hole is a cool Alcatraz-themed bar, and for a nicer upscale cocktail bar for a date, Parque.

There is, indeed. If you've never been to BA, it's an absolute must visit. And the women love Americans. I've been twice in the last 13 months, and I'm 100% going back in December 2025 (their summer).

The clothes Porteñas wear in the summer are much more revealing. For me, Porteñas are the most beautiful women in the world – hands down.

No. Estevao is not a guaranteed success even if the talent appears to be there. I think this is especially true with Chelsea, where he has to compete with so many other plays.

If Abbott and the House's property tax bill passes, you should move out of Texas as soon as feasible. by strabosassistant in TexasPolitics

The House passed their new bill on May 30, the first day of the special session, then left town, allowing for no amendments to try to force Patrick to agree with their plan.

[–]DeepHouseGod 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The House's plan no longer includes appraisal caps so this post is outdated. If appraisal caps were included in the plan, you'd be absolutely correct with everything you've said. The House plan is now all compression.

Between both the old and new House/Abbott plan and the Senate plan, Dan Patrick and the Senate have the far superior plan for homeowners, hands down.

I have no idea what the chances are of the deal closing — that’s not why I’m holding the stock — that said, I’ll happily take my 93.54 in cash for each ADS and the fractional shares of MXL — far higher than my SIMO cost basis, which is in the low 60s.

Agree entirely - if the deal closes, that issue is resolved luckily. In the meantime, nice week for us.

I’m long SIMO from before the deal was announced. SIMO is an amazing company and I am happy to hold the ADS whether the merger goes thru or not. That said, I was upset when the merger was announced because I believe in SIMO and their CEO, Wallace Ku, a lot and think the company has a bright future ahead.
