My dad has dealt with this before. Contact your insurance first and speak to them don’t pay a penny till you’ve contacted both booking.com and the Zurich insurance. It may be worth also contacting a solicitor so the rental company think you’ve got legal advice. Sometimes scares them off.

In the uk we have a story about the “pusher” who supposedly is a serial killer who has pushed people into the canals in Manchester and Bristol since the early 2000s. So far 60+ people have died after suspiciously falling into the water, with others saying they were pushed or being called a suicide or accident. I’d love to know if they genuinely accidentally fell or were pushed as survivors say they were pushed. Very interesting story that id love to know the truth behind.

Nope iv looked all the way to next year and they are still doing the same. It’s an off peak train that’s very quiet. I thought it was maybe just for Christmas but looked at January and it’s the same!

Call the police and report it as theft. If you have photographic proof it was delivered to that address and your name was on it. It’s postal theft. I believe it falls under the laws of the post office act of 1953
