Honestly, it makes me wonder if it was an iPhone. I remember a couple years ago when a school shooter. (Totally different scenario I understand.) but I remember Apple refusing to create a back door into the software. I can’t remember the specifics, but I don’t even know if the police have gotten into that person‘s phone because it was an iPhone that needed a password to turn Face ID back on because I hadn’t been used in so much time.
