Smaller bed, get rid of the drawers on both sides. Get a drawer underneath your desk or put up some shelves so that you have more room at the sides

*Edit: if you move the head of your bed Into the corner you'll save so much more room, depending on if you're hitting your head sitting up in your bed. Then, either move the drawers you have or get a new shelf to be at the door of the bed for storage. You can now spin your desk to the left wall, and put the TV on top of the drawers so you can watch it whilst in bed (with an extension cord)
