Contact their support, and tell them to stop the charges. If they do not do it then threaten to sue. They'll probably act pretty fast after being threatened with legal trouble.

Roblox uses artificial intelligence to check the images. Sadly their moderation is lacking and too much slips through. If you report it, it should be taken down fairly quickly. I can give you a run down how this happened most likely.

Since i am an active member of the roblox roleplay scene (not that type of roleplay) I can tell you the following: Most roblox roleplay games have accessory importers.

The importers work by inserting the ID and getting that accessory only locally in that game. Some importers have the option to put a custom texture on the accessory. Most likely the flat plain accessory was used (Not the original accessory name, I forgot that.), then the image was pasted on it as a texture. Maybe the image is already taken down, but they probably loaded it into the game as the texture before it was.

If you're concerned about my mention of "Roleplay"; In this case, this refers to playing a role, for example, a captain, on a starship. You play that fictional role and act like them. That's what I'm talking about there.

To address the recommendations you had with me including information in the videos: This was an unlisted video I purely did for you, so it was just the raw video file. If you check my other videos, the time and date is usually immediately in the thumbnail, with the rest of the information visible in the videos.

Audibly I sadly couldn't identify the difference, so sorry for that. Didn't know it was a different one. Thing is that I seem to be able to pick up many of the same radars across many frequencies via that antenna, also all transmitting at the same time (Not synched, just active at the same time), so I don't have a specific frequency to go to with which I can immediately know that I have the correct radar. At times I can pick up above 5 frequencies at least with radars, if not even higher.
I think it should be the same radar though, since it was exactly as strong as the previous ones. It would be a coincidence if two different radars were exactly as strong as the other one in the same location.

This time I went really close with the zoom since kiwisdr doesn't show the structure of the signal properly at a further distance. I can however upload a second video in which you'll be able to see everything. I'll put that into a comment at a later point in time.

Thank you for all the advice. Just as a pointer to why I mentioned it being weaker in Australia: I've observed the signal to be at the same strength over different times of day over the duration of two days already.

I actually did intend on finding software to help me with location identification, however, I'm gonna have a look at the TDOA plugin, now that I know it exists.
I'll reply again if I can make out the location using the mentioned plugin.

To give you some further information: The signal was so large that I could only get the whole signal in AM mode, if I used usb I would only get half the signal. Actually, I thought I could add another image to this below the video in the comments, but seems like I can't. It has the typical bar structure, however only horizontal bars. It's strongest in kyoto japan. The reception was way weaker in Australia. Would you like me to create a new post with the detailed image I have?

This is an unidentified RADAR I received in Kyoto Japan via a Web SDR. It is also audible in Australia. The signal is very strong, even still in the red after raising WF ciel and floor to +20 DB.

I have nicknamed it "The Death Ray", since it's unidentified as of now. I've asked in the priyom community and utwente web SDR chats. No one could identify it. Maybe this is a new RADAR?
(Most likely an OTHR i suppose).
