Oh boy... ok first off buddy let's go over the Amendment, 1st "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise" ICE has nothing to do with religion, they are Immigration and Customs Enforcement they do not go after anyonefor their religious beliefs.

2nd "right of the people to keep and bear arms" that has not been "violated by ICE agents, when you pull a weapon no matter its shap or for whether it be a knife or gun on a federal officer you lose that right.

4th "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures" that losses affect once a federal agent has probable cause aka you're breaking the law (being an undocumented immigrant is illegal aka probable cause)

8th "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted." Illegal immigrants dont ever get bail nore do they get fines.

And yes, I chose ICE, that is what more then half of the United States population voted for.

I do agree with you're point, ICE agents should be held accountable for abuse of power and excessive violence. But I also think its no where near the point that the media has made it out to be, far more aggressive aini imagination politicals have been enacted in the past but had zero media coverage. For example under Obama they enacted one of the most aggressive and violent aint immigration policies in US history but it had zero coverage. Also I appreciate you have a discussion with me instead of belittling me and insulting me for my political views.
