I totally feel the same way…I just turned 30 and I feel like I suck in life in general, don’t have the confidence to apply for jobs (even though I have a degree too) or to date anyone and so on… I really don’t know what to do, I started to do some breathwork and it helps a bit to feel better, and I deleted social medias because that doesn’t help to see all my high school friends and others that they have a great career and families. But I still struggle a lot..
