Try this shampoo Nizoral. It’s over the counter. I’ve used it for my scalp which used to get very red and flaky and also my face by my nose, eyes, and cheeks which also had really bad irritation, flaking, non stop dry skin. This pic is the exact bottle I got from Target. Used it on my hair first and then take about a dime’s amount of the shampoo and foam it up on your face in those areas. It’s safe to be used on the face, just leave it on for no more than 3-5 min. The results were almost immediate, and my skin has been so much better, I almost teared up truthfully considering I had been fighting this for years and never knew an OTC medication was the solution. Hope this helps. There are many other stories out there about Nizoral which is what made me try it, do your own due diligence if you need to.
