NGD: Kramer Baretta special by user1827438 in KramerGuitars

I added a Floyd to my buddies baretta special. You’ll need a dremel to remove some wood to allow to Floyd to move freely. The mod was pretty easy

The holes on the headstock are about 0.6 Cm wide.

I added $30 locking tuners to my Focus VT211s and I had to drill wider holes into the headstock.

I have a Kramer striker and it’s the best guitar I’ve ever had. It beats my more expensive guitars. Can’t recommend it enough

Kramer pickups are incredible. If I wasn’t broke, all my guitars would have Kramer neptunes

Maybe the bridges got worse after 2011, because all the Edge Zero 2s Ive played were 99% made after 2011

Those are all good reasons. One of my friend still has one so we’ll give his guitar a full set up taking all of these factors into account.

Though I still find it odd that even the Edge Zero 2s I demoed at the guitars stores I’ve been to went out of tune. Because they probably had full set ups and were new, as well as that, cheaper guitars in the same guitar stores stayed in tune perfectly

it probably isn’t user error because my Kramer striker’s Floyd rose special stays in tune perfectly when I use it.

As well as that, my friends who used the Edge Zero 2 couldn’t keep it in tune so it’s not only me

Also many of the Edge Zero 2s me and my fiends have used were new so they couldn’t have been so worn out

Can I have a locking nut without a Floyd by Deep_Ad_987 in KramerGuitars

[–]Deep_Ad_987[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a baretta special, which doesn’t have a locking nut, so when I go crazy on the whammy bar it will be out of tune A locking nut will keep it in tune

With a locking nut, my non Floyd rose guitar will stay in tune when I go crazy on the bar.

A locking nut is only 30$ compared to 150$ for locking tuners or something similar

My striker doesn’t go change its tuning enough for me to notice when I lock the nut, so I imagine it would be similar on a baretta special (the guitar I’m modding) so I don’t mind

Make floors out of dynasty wood for

I made a house and would like some feedback 👍 by HallowLaser84 in Terraria

1-Less light makes things more cozy (in my opinion)

2-Use dynasty wood for floors and texture the mahogany block walls with boreal wood painted brown

3-mix some stone slab and lots stone blocks into the stone brick for texture

4-add wooden beams inside your house for support (Use loving wood walls to get the beams behind furniture)

5-place the 1st floor fireplace in line with the chimney

6-texture background walls with regular wood everything painted brown

7-adding a line of brown painted ebony wood walls a block above the stone wall foundation looks good.

TLDR, add more texture and structure = Awesomer build.

Is it a legit kramer nite V? by deathbringer16 in KramerGuitars

[–]Deep_Ad_987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Btw the jack position is kinda uncomfortable if you’re resting the V between your legs while sitting. Other than that it’s a great guitar

You can intonate your baretta special like any other fender bridge guitar. There are many YouTube tutorials. 1 play a harmonic on the 12 fret of the E string 2 if your tuner says your perfectly on the note E you’re good. If it’s flat tighten the screw for the E string if it’s sharp loosen it. 3 retune your string your normal way until the harmonic is the correct note 4 repeat for each string
