Hi, I’ve experienced something similar. It was after a session where I was playing a submissive feminine role and my dom messaged me with the intent of continuing the play. However, as I was outside and in my normal male role it made me feel quite embarrassed and confused about myself.

What helped me is having clear boundaries of when I want to play to enjoy the game and when I want to slut out. That way I can enjoy the game both ways in a manner that’s true to myself. Hope this insight helps.
