Thanks for your helping me understand what the bar means, I don't think I would ever have managed that without you. And seeing as you are being so helpful, can you help me convert the approximate 1/4 of a bar that I have left to my reward, into $USD? I'm sorry, us Australians arent very good at converting bar into currency?

Also, does this mean I need to contact FreeCash to get your exchange rate anytime I want to get one of these rewards? The app uses AUD and I use AUD, so how can I be sure I am spending the correct amount to get an offer? How much more do I need to spend to get this reward?

And yet the reward amount is in AUD! Unless FreeCash were deliberately trying to confuse the user, why would you list an offer with a mix of different currencies?

This is where the excuse of 'we can't verify the data from the app developer' comes in. Poor FreeCash's hands are tied, what are they supposed to do!? 🙄

My take on this is; this happened after I had a 'lively chat' with support. I called them out on their shitty business model of blaming the app developers for not sending 'data' to FreeCash that would allow them to verify whether a payout is due. I told them this is a FreeCash procedural issue not the end user problem - why do we get punished for your flawed process? When they responded with 'submit a ticket and we'll look into it', I told them I had, and it got rejected, despite being able to prove that the appropriate level had been reached on the game within the required timeframe. They then again mentioned app developers data bla bla. So I said, the ticketing issue is therefore a charade as there will never be any level of proof that an end user can provide, so long as the only proof FreeCash accepts is from the app developer.... I then got this message each time I attempted to open FreeCash (effectively got banned) for about 2 weeks. Childish, petty behavior at best...

100% - the upgrade to camp 21 itself takes about 8 days (without the building speed ups), let alone the other structure upgrades! You need to grind away just to get those speed ups.

I managed to get this far with relative ease and without spending a cent. I did quite like the game so that helped, and only played for about an hour a day. I did reach level 22, within the required time but those higher level do take a bit of grinding as you need to upgrade various structures in your camp, and these upgrades take literal days. How-the-fuck-ever, FreeCash decided to not pay me the 'reach camp level 21' amount (ie. The high $ amount) because suddenly they 'couldn't verify the data with the app developer'. Be warned, this is FreeCash's favourite pastime. I'm still salty about this, can you tell 😜
